Marc Suárez is a cake designer from Barcelona, Spain. In 2013, he started his professional career as a cake designer creating his own brand, Le Doux Collage, without neglecting his passion for teaching. Nowadays, Marc focuses on imparting in-person and on-line courses, although he devotes part of his time to share tutorials through his blog.
Marc offers 3 different types of courses: modelling chocolate sculptures, gravity defying cakes and contemporary wedding cakes. Said courses are 100% practical and cover all levels, from fondant basics to realistic modelling chocolate sculptures. Marc’s had the opportunity to teach more than 400 students all over the world. Currently, he has more than 60 courses in 15 different countries in his schedule.
