I will teach you step by step how to mold the Rice krispies treats (RKT) and how to set the structure to create the chocolate Christmas cake. I will also give you all the instructions to mold the chocolate face and the facial features. We will also paint and makeup the face with edible materials. You will learn how to make textures and paint them with a brush over the molding chocolate and fondant.

I will teach you how to create an original Christmas cake so you can surprise your people. I have chosen a merry and charismatic character for this date: Willy the elf. In my opinion, Willy is a symbol of the emotion and joy of the children, when they eagerly wait to open their presents, and wait in their bed for the morning to come without waking their parents up.

Christmas desserts at home

You will take your chocolate Christmans cake at home. The end product will be a 42 cm and 5 kg+ Christmas cake. This Christmas your family and friends will be overjoyed.

Technical document

You are going to receive a 50-page dossier with the specifications of every cake, a step by step guide on the complex workflow, and the human figure data for the sculptures and facial features. The dossier also includes recipe cards, a custom sheet, an estimate budget,a pillar structure system and the correlation of diameters and portions. You will also get a video tutorial on how to bake de sugar flowers for the second module.
